Mahalaxmi Cluster Redevelopment Project: On February 18, 2025, Mahindra Lifespace announced a partnership with Livingstone Infra Private Limited for a cluster redevelopment project in Mumbai's upscale Mahalaxmi area. This project has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,650 crore. 2. Borivali West Redevelopment Project: Earlier, on July 4, 2024, the company secured a redevelopment project in Borivali West, Mumbai, involving the redevelopment of seven residential societies.
